While they were not at the club at the same time, two former Orlando Pirates attackers have linked up at a club in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Back in August, the Siya crew reported that former Pirates striker Jean Marc Makusu, who endured a tumultuous loan spell at the club had resurfaced at Daring Club Motema Pembe in the DRC, who he joined on loan from AS Vita Club.
And now he has since been joined by another former Pirates man.
The DRC outfit announced the capture of former Cape Town City, Platinum Stars and Pirates Winger Riyaad Norodien, who was snapped up by the club following a brief training spell.
Norodien had been without a club since parting ways with GladAfrica Championship side Cape Town Spurs back in July, having spent nine months with the club where he had first cut his teeth in the professional ranks.
The details around Norodien's move are sketchy at this point, but the crew has been informed that the 26-year-old had penned a one-year deal, which includes an option for a further year.
Norodien will be hoping that the move can resuscitate his once promising career, which hasn't quite lived up to the early promise he showed when he first burst onto the scene with the now-defunct Ajax Cape Town in 2015.
