The left back struggled for game-time, with just five league starts for him during the 2014/15 Absa Premiership season.
Having made three consecutive starts for Tuks at the beginning of their league campaign, the Daveyton-born player was affected by the changes made by the club in their technical team, when Steve Barker was replaced with Sammy Troughton and Sly Mosala as the team's joint coaches.
Abbie Rasimphi of Liberate Resources Sports Management confirmed to the Siya crew that he is in search of a new club for his client.
"The boy wants game-time. He is a very good player and that's why he has been playing for the under-23 national team. He is a left back and can also play at centre back and as a left winger respectively.
"He needs a new team and will add value to contribute to their success. There is no use of him staying at Tuks when he is not playing. We raised that with Tuks. The boy cannot just sit there and get a salary without playing. He is not a banker but a footballer," Rasimphi.
Sibande was a part of the SA U23 side that missed out on qualifying for the All-Africa Games under Owen da Gama.
