The African rankings are yet to determine where Mamelodi Sundowns are ranked on the continent following their league title win, however, as things stand, the Brazilians have dropped one spot since their CAF Champions League quest.
Sundowns previously held the 12th spot on the ranking system according to footballdatabase.com, however, with the latest rankings updated up until May 05, the Brazilians have since dropped down to 13th position.
Orlando Pirates was previously positioned at number 21, however, the Buccaneers have since moved up to the 19th spot.

Kaizer Chiefs who was ranked at number 19, is now the 22nd placed African club, while Bidvest Wits follow in two spots behind at 24th position.
