Hoffenheim winger, Tarik Elyounoussi, admits they found it tough against Kaizer Chiefs on Friday night.
Anthony Modeste scored a fine volley to hand Hoffenheim the a 1-0 win over Chiefs and Elyounoussi reveals they didn't get much joy trying press them high.
"It was tough, we wanted to and press them high, we did succeed a little bit, but not that much, so it was for tough for us," he said after the game.
"We have to just look forward, we take a lot of positive things from this game and look forward to the Bundesliga start again."
The Norwegian winger added they have enjoyed their stay in Johannesburg.
"We are very satisfied with the training camp, we'v been in Johannesburg for 10 days, the weather's been good, the food excellent and the pitch was excellent," he added.
"Everything has been perfect for us and we played a couple games against good teams, the atmosphere at the stadium was fantastic and we go back to Germany with a really nice feeling."
