SuperSport United are in the process of trying to land new signings, Luvolwethu Mpeta and Mothusi Gopane, in the current transfer window, rather than wait until July.

It was announced earlier this week that the Platinum Stars defender and Polokwane City midfielder had been snapped up on pre-contracts and would be joining in July when their current deals at their respective clubs expired.
However, as has been done with Kingston Nkhatha and Jeremy Brockie, the Siya crew has been informed that Matsatsantsa are keen to sign Mpeta and Gopane now for a cut-price, given that they will be joining for nothing at the end of the season.

It is thought that SuperSport will be successful in their attempts to nab the duo in the next two weeks, with both Dikwena and City likely to prefer a small transfer fee now than lose the players for nothing at the end of their current campaigns.
