With three goals and one assist to his name in his first three matches of the 2014/15 campaign, the 'Bullet' is arguably the club's best performing player at the moment.

Soccer Laduma's exclusive stats, powered by Prozone, provide direct proof that Masango is blitzing some of the best wide midfielders in the PSL with his current red-hot form.

Three of the top wide attacking players in 2013/14 were Khama Billiat, Daine Klate and Siphiwe Tshabalala. Yet, Masango has better numbers than all three established stars in '14/15.

Billiat, Klate and 'Shabba' averaged a good 83% pass success rate last season. Masango is averaging a superb 85% passer rating – an indication he's using the ball extremely well in the tight wide areas.

The 'Bullet' also eclipses his big name rivals in the shooting department as well – the lightning right winger is attempting four shots-a-game. This is above Billiat and Tshabalala who averaged just under three shots per game last season.

The Kwaggafontein-born star appears to be on top of his game when it comes to his form in front of goal as well. His shooting accuracy in terms of hitting the target is an unbelievable 67%. 'Shabba', Klate and Billiat averaged closer to 40% in the same category.

All these stats provide conclusive proof that that Masango is in the form of his life for the Glamour Boys, and this will come as a huge boost as the club are currently missing key performers like Bernard Parker, Tshabalala as well as the returning Knowledge Musona.

Have your say – how impressed are you by the speeding 'Bullet'?
