Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Simba Marumo, believes that Mamelodi Sundowns will be drawing inspiration from their win over Kaizer Chiefs last weekend in today's clash with Highlands Park.
Highlands Park Beat Celtic To Mbatha Deal
Sundowns take on former coach, Gordon Igesund's newly promoted team in the only league game of the weekend and the 38-year-old is anticipating an interesting game, owing to Highlands' improved form under their new coach.
"I think it's going to be an interesting game, because Highlands Park look strong, they look kind of revived under Gordon (Igesund)," he told Soccer Laduma.
However, Marumo went on to say that Sundowns are favourites due to their convincing display against Amakhosi last weekend and if Khama Billiat returns to action from his spell on the sidelines.
"But I think, with Sundowns coming from a very big win against Chiefs, it's going to work to their advantage going into the game. And, if I'm not mistaken, Khama Billiat will be back, so I think Sundowns will be dangerous and I'm anticipating a win for them," he concluded.
