The Chilli Boys beat Cape Town City 1-0 at the Athlone Stadium on Saturday to move out of relegation zone for the first time this season.

The Norman Mapeza-coached outfit has moved to 11th on the Absa Premiership log standings, after collecting 10 points from their last four matches.
In addition, Chippa have gone four matches without conceding a goal for the first time in the club's history in Mzansi's top-flight.

In Chippa's next match – the last of the year for the Port Elizabeth side, Mapeza will come up against his countryman in Kaitano Tembo of SuperSport United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium next Saturday.
