As reported by the Siya crew in edition 1212 of Soccer Laduma, Kalaba has set his sights on a move to the PSL before calling time on his illustrious career.
At 34, the 2012 AFCON winner, has plied his trade in countries such as France, Portugal and Egypt is in the twilight of his career and is hoping to make one last move before closing the curtain on his glorious career.
If he does make a move to Mzansi, Kalaba will join a host of his countrymen who have left their mark on the local game.
One Zambian in particular springs to mind, having gained legendary status for his feats for Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and a host of other teams throughout his nomadic career, is Collins Mbesuma, who will go down as one of the finest Zambian imports to South Africa, especially for his record-breaking 2004/2005 season with Amakhosi, in which he scored 35 goals in one season, a record that still stands to this day.
