Platinum Stars midfielder, Robert Ng'ambi, told the Siya crew that playing against Orlando Pirates for the third time will not be easy despite the fact that it's a league game. These two teams will battle it out at Royal Bafokeng Stadium at 15:30 today.
The Malawian-born player insists that Pirates is a big team but they don't get intimidated and are prepared to fight for the three points. He also said they've prepared very well and the week-long break gave them a chance to rest and recharge their batteries.
"Everyone is looking forward to the game and we have prepared very well for this game. We had some time off and the guys had a chance to recover and refresh, so I think we're ready for this one. We always focus on ourselves, not the opponent so, our mission is to play well and win games and yes our approach will be the same. It's going to be a very tough game for us and Pirates is a big team, they wouldn't like to lose again. They're one of the big teams in Africa, obviously they'll come all out to get the three points," said Ng'ambi.
Although Ng'ambi believes the game will be a tough one, he belives the fact that they play at home means they're favourites.
"We haven' lost at home I think for the past 18 games and we just have to ensure that we're up for it. It's going to be a tough one I must say and good football for the fans," added the former Black Leopards man.
