The Soweto giants got back to winning ways in the league on Tuesday after defeating Magesi FC 1-0 at FNB Stadium.
Nasreddine Nabi's charges have been impressive in the cup so far after defeating Free Agents 4-0 in the first round by they beat Chippa United in the last 16.
Stellenbosch, meanwhile, scraped past Kruger United in the Last 32, but claimed a comfortable 2-0 win over Polokwane City in the last round.
Steve Barker's charges are unbeaten in their last six match across all competitions, including a 1-0 victory against Marumo Gallants on Tuesday night.
This will be the third meeting between the two sides this season, with Chiefs already doing the double over Stellenbosch.
