Pirates qualified for the last 16 after thrashing Richards Bay 3-1 courtesy of a brace by Patrick Maswanganyi and another goal by Tshegofatso Mabasa.
The Buccaneers will be looking to redeem themselves after a 4-1 heavy defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns in the league last weekend.
Baroka, meanwhile, went through to the last 16 after drubbing lower league side Umvoti 3-0 thanks to goals by Tshepho Mashiloane, Bonginkosi Makume and Clyde Combi.
Bakgaga were last in action on Sunday after former Pirates midfielder Collins Makgaka salvaged a 1-1 draw against University of Pretoria with the equaliser in the dying minutes.
The Limpopo side are lying eighth in the Motsepe Foundation Championship table.
