"I signed yesterday (Tuesday). It's for six months with an option for another year. I have been training with the team already. I will need to work harder," Mtshali told the Siya crew.
Mtshali initially joined Stars from Black Leopards in the 2010/11 season. He had two unsuccessful seasons at the Bethlehem outfit, due to lack of enough game time under the club's former coach, Steve Komphela.
The product of Africa Sport Youth Development Academy went back to Leopards during their time in the PSL in the 2012/13 season.
Mtshali parted ways with Leopards after the club was relegated to the NFD at the end of the 2012/13 season.
He had a stint with Roses United in the NFD before returning to Stars.
