Mogale started the season with Chippa. He worked as the team's assistant coach, under Roger Sikhakhane.
They were replaced by Ernst Middendorp and Fadlu Davids, who are still in search of their first win for Chippa, after seven games in charge of the team.
Siya crew sources close to Mogale have revealed that the coach is taking the Port Elizabeth-based side to the PSL's DRC, in an attempt to get unpaid monies from the club.
Chippa's CEO, Peter Koutroulis, denied knowing anything on the matter involving the club's former assistant coach and the monies allegedly owed to him.
"No I haven't seen anything like that. I don't know what people are saying, but I never saw anything. I don't have any letter in my office. I don't know about any claims of money. I don't have anything from the PSL about any claims," said Koutroulis.
Mogale is the currently one of the assistant coaches to Kinnah Phiri at Free State Stars.
In other related news involving Chippa, Bafana Bafana midfielder, Thamsanqa Sangweni, parted ways with the club for money-related issues, as revealed by the Siya crew.
