Robert Modiadie has revealed to Soccer-Laduma that he will be going back to the University of Pretoria during the preseason, for a chance to sign with the side in the 2013/14 season.
The former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper has struggled in his search for a club in the PSL in the last few months. He recently had a trial with Tuks before leaving the side for FC AK, where he is currently training as looks to maintain his fitness levels.
The 31-year-old is keen to impress Steve Barker and his technical team at Tuks for a chance to revive his career with the team.
"I was at Tuks earlier but I have since left. I will return to them during the preseason, I will only know then what the future holds. Their (Tuks') focus is on the team they have now, so the agreement was that I should return in the preseason.
"I just need luck so that I can come back and show people that I'm still around. I still have a few years to play in my career. I just need a chance to prove that I can still do the job," said Modiadie.
