Marumo Gallants' coach Dan Malesela has revealed what he would like during the January transfer window.
The former Chippa United and TS Galaxy coach has made a big difference since taking over at the club, moving them from four points when he arrived to 19 going into the Christmas break.
Gallants are in 11th place on the DSTV Premiership standings after 18 matches, but the job is far from done, as they are just six points ahead of bottom of the table club Baroka FC.
Malesela is hoping to bring in a few new faces during the January transfer window to ensure they stay up in the topflight for another campaign.
"We will need players. We are not so troubled at the back, but maybe one will need central midfielders for cover-up, or even for competition because that's the best thing you can get from players. We also need wingers to cover up and we need at least two strikers," he told media after his side held champions Sundowns at Loftus Stadium.
"We just need to put an oomf at the top. We've been creating chances to score, but we are not scoring. We need to work on that department and help. We are not rubbishing the players that we have, but we also want people who can help with what we have."
