The winger joined the Cape Town-based club as a free agent in December last year, making just two appearances for the Mother City-based club under the mentorship of Head Coach, Eric Tinkler, however, recently turned out for the club's MultiChoice Diksi side until the end of the campaign in February.
The 27-year-old's stay at the club was short lived, as Tinkler confirmed in a press conference yesterday that Nomandela was released by the 2016 Telkom Knockout champions.
City will host Kaizer Chiefs at the Cape Town Stadium this evening, April 25, in another top of the table clash in the Absa Premiership.
A win for the Mother City-based club will see them maintain their place at the number one spot on the league standings as they look to make the final stretch to the business end of the 2016/17 season.
