Keegan Ritchie On His Return To Chiefs.

Kaizer Chiefs returnee, Keegan Ritchie reckons that despite being away from the club for over two years, competition for places in the team stays the same, which he perceives as healthy. Baloyi And Ritchie Return To Chiefs The former Amakhosi left-back was re-signed by the Naturena outfit from Bloemfontein Celtic and this week revealed as one of the club's new signings. The Alberton-born defender joined Chiefs in 2011 from Soweto neighbours Moroka Swallows, however left in 2014 to join SK Slavia Prague. Ritchie had limited game time at The Red and Whites which prompted his return back to the country, where he joined Phunya Sele Sele. The defender tells the Siya crew that despite the two-year absence from the club, the competition at the team remains the same. He said the team still has top class players who make competition healthy in the team. "We still have to compete for our positions in the team. The competition is still there because in each and every position there are top class players which makes Chiefs the best team in the country and beyond," Ritchie said. Ritchie will vie it out at the left-back position for game time with the experienced Tsepo Masilela.
