Kaizer Chiefs' MDC Side Want To Beat Orlando Pirates This Weekend

This Sunday will see Kaizer Chiefs take on Orlando Pirates in the Multichoice Diski Challenge in this season's first mini Soweto Derby.   Read: Bafana Remain Stagnant For Three Months   The MDC sides for the Soweto Giants will face off at 14h00 on Sunday as they battle it out for three points in the reserve league, and Arthur Zwane believes that the Amakhosi kids need to get their 2017 off to a good start this weekend.   Chiefs' MDC head coach told their official website, "If you want to start the year on a good note you need to start by winning. It's important that we win our game on Sunday against Pirates and being our first game of the year, we need to set the standard for the year going forward.   "It's also key for the players to enjoy themselves especially playing against our Soweto rivals. We want the boys to have fun, but at the same time they must understand the importance of collecting maximum points."   Chiefs are currently fifth on the MDC log after nine games, having lost just twice, while the Buccaneers are ninth with three defeats from their nine matches.
