The 20-year-old played 43 minutes across the Amakhosi's first two games this season, however, he picked up an injury and had to be carried from the field of play.

Now, ahead of the current international break, it has been confirmed that the reigning Multichoice Diski Challenge top scorer has torn a muscle and will be unavailable for the majority of September.

The club's official Twitter account said, "Player Injuries: Emmanuel Letlotlo tore a muscle that attaches to the hip bone and will be out of action for the next 3 weeks."

It sounds like the attacker will definitely miss the clashes with Platinum Stars, Highlands Park and Maritzburg United, although there is also a chance that he will not feature in the encounter with Free State Stars at the end of the month.
