Black Leopards have confirmed that a complaint has been made to the Premier Soccer League against SuperSport United, regarding Mpho Mbebe's move to the PSL side.

It was revealed by the Siya crew yesterday (Thursday) that there is a tug-of-war between Leopards and SuperSport, following the announcement that Mbebe signed a contract with the Tshwane outfit.
Leopards, who campaign in the National First Division, are unhappy that Mbebe signed with SuperSport instead of them.
"Black Leopards FC has lodged a dispute with the league over the manner SuperSport United acquired the services of Mpho Mbebe. Mbebe, who was a free agent, looked set to join Lidoda Duvha after a successful trial at the club. The player featured for Leopards in a friendly against SuperSport United, but went missing after the match, only to resurface a couple of days later as a SuperSport United player.
"We fully understand Mbebe's desire to further his career at a club in the top tier and do not begrudge him the opportunity his talent merits. However, we are disappointed by how the process has unfolded. We trust that the matter will be resolved amicably in the spirit of football.

"Mbebe was part of our squad and in our care when we played SuperSport United in a practice match last week. For that reason, as a professional courtesy, from one football club to another, we feel that a formal approach for him by our Premier Soccer League counterparts would not have gone amiss," Leopards said in a statement on the club's official website.
