In the latest edition of Soccer Laduma, issue 955, the Siya crew revealed that AmaZulu boss Dr Patrick Sokhela, and his players were allegedly involved in assaulting a match official after the game on Saturday.
Usuthu have since issued a statement on the club's official website apologising for last weekend's incident.
"We note the match commissioners report for our fixture versus Baroka FC. We accept that members of our team did commit some misdemeanours which would have put the NSL and football in disrepute. For that we unreservedly apologise to the league, its sponsors and partners.
"We as a club have resumed a process of taking strong actions against perpetrators of some of the misdemeanours I refer to. We have requested footage from the league to assist us in establishing these.

"The above apology is not an admission of guilt in any way. Nor is it concurring with the match commissioners report in full," AmaZulu said on the club's website.
