An agent representing Jabulani Maluleke has confirmed talks about a potential next move for the midfield star.
Following the relegation of Polokwane City at the end of the past season, Maluleke is in search of a new club as he is still very much keen on playing to share his experience with younger players, despite having turned 38 this year.
According to the player's representative, Gerald Baloyi from Vodia Players Management, Maluleke's former club, Black Leopards is keen on his services as the club will be aiming to add experience to the team should they manage to save their top-flight status at the end of the play-offs.
"We are in talks with Black Leopards for Jabulani Maluleke and they are very interested in securing his services," confirmed Baloyi.
Mavotja, as Maluleke is known in football circles, played for Lidoda Duvha earlier in his career before making a move to SuperSport United in 2009.
The player's contract with Rise and Shine expired at the end of the season, and as part of the plans for life in the second tier for the Limpopo outfit, all players whose deals have finished have been allowed to move on.
