The Siya crew understands Bafana Bafana defender Katlego Mohamme probably won't be playing for Mamelodi Sundowns this season.

Soccer Laduma had already reported how the defender was likely to leave the club.
Now, Siya sources close to the player have indicated that Moroka Swallows could be interested in his services.
The sources added how he was at the club on loan in the 2021/22 season and that they would want to bring him back since the player is not getting an opportunity at Chloorkop this season.
"Swallows are building a strong team to challenge for silverware this season and they feel Katlego (Mohamme) is one of the players that could add value and healthy competition in defence," said the Siya source.
"He has been there before and he knows the team and the technical team knows his abilities as well. But it will all depend on his availability from Sundowns," the source told the Siya crew.
Meanwhile a different Siya source stated that Sundowns may be happy to see the player go to where he can get game time, and since Swallows could be one of those teams, then the Brazilians don't have a problem to let him go there.
"The thing is I don't know whether it would be a loan move or a permanent one. But, yes it's true Swallows have shown interest in him. But remember, University of Pretoria had also enquired about his services before," said the Siya source.

"So, I think it will also depend on where the player himself wants to go. But something will happen before the transfer window closes," the source indicated to Soccer Laduma.
The 25-year-old joined the Brazilians in 2021 from the University of Pretoria before he was loaned out to Swallows FC.
Despite featuring mostly in the COSAFA Cup for South Africa, he has only played one official game for Sundowns in all his time at the club.
Soccer Laduma contacted both clubs for comment but no response was received while preparing this story.
