Kaizer Chiefs captain, Siphiwe Tshabalala has expressed his concerns about the club’s poor form this season.
The 31-year-old midfielder believes that his team’s poor start to their title defence this season is “a worrying factor”, but that they will hope to turn things around in this Saturday’s Soweto Derby.
“The poor results are a worrying factor but it's part of the journey,” he told the Siya crew.
“It's never smooth. There will always be obstacles and our focus is now on the game against Pirates and we will be gunning for the three points.”
Pirates won the first league game between the two teams with a resounding 3-1 victory, but Chiefs will be looking to take advantage of Bucs' poor form to get a positive result in the match.
'Shabba' has made 13 appearances in the PSL for Chiefs this season, scoring two goals and making three assists.
