Once again Eric Tinkler managed to take his club cape town city to another semifinal in just a short space of time.
So far, the club is in a comfortable space of good form and they are also in a good position in the PSL standings. He has a bunch of good players who are willing to work together as a team, as well as for their technical team.
They are real soldiers who are willing to die for him. They put in a solid performance away against Baroka when they knocked them out of the TKO competition over the weekend. Remember, the two sides have met previously in a league encounter and Baroka won the game at home.
His squad have an exciting talent containing the likes of Jayiya, Manyama, Majoro, Mashikinya, Masina, Nodada, Ngoma and Moseamedi in attack and in the midfield. Thato Mokeke is very impressive with the sweetest left foot in the middle of the park and he can also fill the void at the back.
The small concern is that Tinkler's back line is very shaky, especially in the middle, where Gumede and Johannes are operating.
However, now that we're are closely approaching the January transfer window, obviously Tinkler must reinforce his defence before looking at other departments.
What do you think about Cape Town City's progression as a club with Eric Tinkler in charge?
