Chiefs Stars Growing Tired Of Coaching Methods?

Kaizer Chiefs are experiencing one of their worst runs in recent history and aside from the growing pressure on head coach, Steve Komphela, indications coming out the Amakhosi camp are that some of the players are questioning the coaching.
The Amakhosi have won just one of their last 15 games in all competitions and find themselves on their second five-game winless streak in the space of a few months. The poor form has seen the pressure in the hot seat soar rapidly for the head coach.
It was previously reported by the Siya crew that Chiefs’ management had planned ‘emergency’ talks with Komphela to try and plot the way forward, and it is known that results have to improve after the international break in order for him to keep his job.
Now, according to Siya sources, some players at the club are also growing frustrated under the current technical team. According to Siya sources close to the players’ camp, some of them are complaining about the constant strenuous double training sessions that they have been undergoing since the start of preseason.
It is believed that many of the Glamour Boys feel that they are not in their best physical condition when it comes to match-day due to the training regimes, and it has been suggested that this has contributed to their poor form.
Chiefs take on Platinum Stars tomorrow evening in a must-win clash at FNB Stadium, with Komphela’s reign at Naturena hitting a critical stage.
