Argentina and FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has revealed the one accomplishment he would like to achieve before announcing his retirement from the game.

However, at national team level, Messi has a rather dismal record, and he is yet to win his first major trophy with La Albiceleste, despite participating in four major finals.
The Argentine, who is currently preparing for the 2019 Copa America, which will take place from 15 June to 8 July in Brazil, has reiterated his desire to win a trophy with his national team before hanging up his boots.
"I want to retire having won something with Argentina," he told FOX Sports Argentina.
"I will keep trying to win something.
"I am loving being here and training with the squad.
"When I am here, I am just another member of the squad. The manager knows that, and I am really enjoying being here."
Messi briefly announced his national team retirement in June 2016, after Argentina lost to Chile on penalties in the Copa America final, but made a U-turn on his decision three months later.

The Barca talisman is Argentina's all-time record goalscorer with 65 goals in 129 games.
