Kaizer Chiefs defender, Levy Mokgothu, could be set for a switch to University of Pretoria, before the closure of the transfer window, if all goes well between the parties involved in the proposed move.

The left back has struggled for game-time at the Amakhosi, since his move to the club in 2014. In June last year, Chiefs announced that Mokgothu was made available for a loan move.
However, the Bloemfontein-born player has failed to leave Naturena for any of the PSL clubs, while he has also been struggling to make the match day squads at Chiefs.
The former Moroka Swallows player has been keeping fit with playing in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge. A source close to AmaTuks told the Siya crew that the 26-year-old could be on his way to the struggling side.
“AmaTuks have been interested in a left back for some time. The club has been talking to Chiefs about Levy Mokgothu. It (the move) can still happen, from what I understand. But everything will depend on Chiefs on whether the club is willing to give them (AmaTuks) the go-ahead,” said the source.
It was recently revealed by the Siya crew that that Tuks were turned away in their interest for another Chiefs left back Keegan Ritchie.
The Tshwane outfit recently had former Golden Arrows left back, Tumelo Letuka, on trial with the team.
But they were beaten to his signature by Bloemfontein Celtic. AmaZulu left back, Sifiso Hlanti, has also been a target for Tuks in this January transfer window.
