The Bafana coach admits that they must not take their neighbours lightly, but believes that the match will help him as he prepares for CHAN.
"There are no easy games any more. I just wanted to have time to have the players together and build a strong team. We only have four games before CHAN.
"We will make the best of what we have and that's why I believe Swaziland will help us prepare for CHAN and after that we are playing Spain so it is all good."
Bafana take on Swaziland away in Mbabane on Friday, with the game starting at 20h30. They then turn their attention to Spain, who they will face on 19 November at the FNB Stadium – the venue where the latter lifted the World Cup trophy in 2010.
