PSL returnees, Chippa United, host the University of Pretoria at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium tonight, August 20, on the look-out for their second win since coming back to the elite league. Kosta Papic's side are currently sitting in sixth position, and if results go their way, they could see themselves as high as third position on the log. AmaTuks on the other hand are reeling in 16th position having only picked up one point in their past two matches.
Bottom-dwellers, Free State Stars, have it all to do when they welcome SuperSport United this evening at the Charles Mopheli Stadium. Ea Lla Koto who are led by Belgian mentor, Tom Saintfiet, are under extreme pressure to pick up points with the coach already linked with an exit at the club. Matsatsantsa a Pitori have only managed one win in the league so far, and will look to make matters worse for the Betlehem outfit.
Moroka Swallows are currently one of the in-form teams in the league at present, and have already amassed six points from their past two matches. Zeca Marques' charges are up against a wounded Mamelodi Sundowns side who are yet to pick up a win thus far. The defending Absa Premiership champions have been criticised of late especially after club dug deep to bring in more than 40 players in the past two seasons. Pitso Mosimane is under huge pressure to claim the team's first win against the spirited Dube Birds that has already dispatched Orlando Pirates and AmaZulu. Tonight's fixture will square off at 19:30 from the Dobsonville Stadium.
Orlando Pirates are seeking their first home win since the 2014/15 PSL season commenced. Vladimir Vermezovic's charges have only picked up one point in their past two matches, and are up against a wounded AmaZulu outfit who are also yet to register any maximum points. The Buccaneers will be boosted by their win over Bidvest Wits in the MTN8 over the weekend.

CHIPPA UNITED V UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA
League position: Chippa 6th and Tuks 15th
Useful facts: Chippa have made a fairly positive start to the season and will hope to continue their progress under Kosta Papic at home. This means Tuks are likely to be underdogs in this Absa Premiership encounter in Port Elizabeth.
Lefa Tsutsulupa: Draw. I think both teams will cancel each other out.
FREE STATE STARS V SUPERSPORT UNITED
League position: Stars 16th and United 8th
Useful facts: Stars have started the season with the kind of form that had them into relegation trouble in 2013/14. They will have to dig deep and hope to turn around their fortunes when visiting SuperSport come to town. Some question marks surround the future of Matsatsantsa coach, Cavin Johnson, meaning this could be a tight affair in the Free State.
Lefa Tsutsulupa: I see another draw because of the pitch.
MOROKA SWALLOWS V MAMELODI SUNDOWNS
League position: Swallows 1st and Sundowns 14th
Useful facts: After a largely diabolical 2013/14 campaign, Swallows have exploded out of the blocks in the new season. Zeca Marques will be delighted with the kind of form that has seen the Dube Birds rise to top spot in the PSL. This means struggling Mamelodi Sundowns could be in for a tough assignment in Dobsonville.
Lefa Tsutsulupa: Definitely a win for Swallows!
ORLANDO PIRATES V AMAZULU
League position: Bucs 11th and AmaZulu 13th
Useful facts: Pirates have started the season in the league in less than convincing fashion – Vladimir Vermezovic’s men have already dropped five valuable points. This means AmaZulu could back themselves to get a result in this fixture.
Lefa Tsutsulupa: Pirates will win at home.
