Barring Brandon Peterson and Tashreeq Morris, who are out with long-term injuries and were not expected to play a role, Ajax look like they will have a full list of players to choose from for the clash at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium this weekend.

Indications coming out of the Ajax camp are that the 18-man match day squad will include, although the club is yet to confirm.

Jody February

Anssi Jaakkola

Mosa Lebusa

Rivaldo Coetzee

Abbubaker Mobara

Cecil Lolo

Riyaad Norodien

Travis Graham

Ndiviwe Mdabuka

Bantu Mzwakali

Toriq Losper

Nathan Paulse

Prince Nxumalo

Dominic Isaacs

Abel Mabaso

Franklin Cale

Granwald Scott

Milton Ncube

Coetzee was held back from Ajax’s 2-1 victory over Polokwane City as a precautionary measure but is expected to return to the starting line-up and partner Mobara in the centre of defence.

Scott, Mdabuka and Graham will be battling it out to start in the centre of midfield. It is expected that Mdabuka and Graham will be the preferred choice to anchor down the midfield in what will be a key battle as they will come up against the likes of Willard Katsande and Reneilwe Letsholonyane.

Up front Paulse is expected to start with Losper playing just off him in the number 10 role. Nxumalo who was the Absa Premiership player of the month for August is not expected to start as a precautionary measure after recently recovering from an epilepsy scare suffered last month, however he is expected to make the bench for the clash.
