FC Barcelona superstar Neymar is more "complete" than his famous countryman Ronaldinho, who only had three good years, according to a former Selecao star.
Tostao, who won the 1970 World Cup with Brazil, believes Neymar will become better than Ronaldinho, but added that the 24-year-old will only be the second best player in Brazil's history.
"I have no doubt he will be better than Ronaldinho, because he's more complete," Tostao said, as quoted by Cadena SER.
"Ronaldinho only had three good years. If he had played over 10 years, like (Lionel) Messi, at a really high level, we would discuss if he's at the height of Neymar, but he lasted three years and Neymar has five.
"Pele had all the virtues that a footballer should have in his position.
"He was very strong, he shot with his right, with his left, he was spectacular in the air, he had a lot of goals, he was the most complete player of all time.
"Neymar has the chance to be the second best player in the history of Brazilian football, but it's difficult to imagine he could overtake Pele."
Neymar has scored 79 goals and assisted a further 48 strikes in 128 appearances for the Catalan giants, and has won six trophies since joining the Blaugrana in May 2013.
Ronaldinho, meanwhile, netted 91 goals and set up another 52 for his teammates, and also won six titles, during his five years at the Camp Nou.
