It has been reported that a PSL coach has been discharged from hospital after a sudden illness.
It is understood that former SuperSport United, Amazulu, Platinum Stars and Black Leopards coach Cavin Johnson was discharged and is back home after suffering a suspected heart attack on Friday.
Sources close to the coach have indicated that the 61-year-old was rushed to a hospital in Fourways, Johannesburg after chest pain.
Johnson was suspended by Leopards after only 29 days, following a dismal run of results which saw Lidoda Dhuva rack up four losses and one draw, collecting one point out of a possible 15.
The experienced coach was also relieved of his duties by KZN-based AmaZulu, following a string of poor results earlier this season.
