Roma striker Mattia Destro has agreed to join AC Milan, as confirmed by the club. The 23-year-old will reportedly join Milan on an initial loan deal, which could be made permanent for £12 million this summer. Crystal Palace have also confirmed the signing of QPR midfielder Jordan Mutch for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £4.75 million.
