Money issues have been highlighted as the main reason for Nkosinathi Mthiyane's delay in signing a deal with the club he has been training with.
The former Orlando Pirates and Chippa United player has taken his search for a new club to the National First Division, having parted ways with the Chilli Boys in January.

The 30-year-old, who can play either as a left-back or on the left wing, has been training with Richards Bay FC in the NFD.
Speaking to the Siya crew, the player's representative Zukile Mbotshane confirmed that money is the stumbling block between Mthiyane and the deal at the KwaZulu-Natal outfit.
"Nkosinathi Mthiyane is training with Richards Bay FC. The team's coach and his technical team have been impressed with the player. The supporters also want the player to be signed, after they saw him performing well in one of the team's friendly matches recently," confirmed Mbotshane.

"The only challenge we have is that the club couldn't agree on the terms discussed for the player's services. So, it's money and nothing else. He is a quality player with experience that would be beneficial to the club," concluded the representative.
