Mamelodi Sundowns assistant coach, Manqoba Mnqithi has urged supporters to be patient with the club's new striker, Jeremy Brockie.
Brockie is yet to get into the scoresheet for Masandawana since joining them in the January transfer window. The New Zealand striker endured a frustrating night as he had difficulties converting some of the chances against Free State Stars on Wednesday.
Supporters Club members have reacted to Mnqithi's statement, with some pointing out a couple of mistakes which they believe were the reason Masandawana failed to secure maximum points against Ea Lla Koto.
"We all know how good he is, a good striker. He still needs to settle in, we don't have to ignore his quality. His time will come, it can be later or next season. I believe they were supposed to introduce him slowly."- tebogo gm mahlaba
"Eish, but the coach was supposed to start with Zwane and Kekana."- downzzz
"We must be patient for a R12 million player? alizebucs1986
"Brockie, Billiat, Tau, and Sirino are not players who always defend, which make sense because you need them to attack. So if you sit with only Manyisa and Mabunda behind them then you asking for trouble."- Tyrara
Would you say the supporters are impatient with Brockie?
