'Pirates Do Not Have Easy Fixtures In The Nedbank Cup, But We Will Win It'

The Nedbank Cup Last 16 draw took place on Thursday evening, and the big three in Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns avoided being drawn against each other.

However, the Buccaneers seemingly have a tough draw as they were pitted against Benni McCarthy's Cape Town City, while Sundowns were drawn with EC Bees FC and Amakhosi against Stellenbosch FC.

Our members have reacted to the draw; here are some of their comments:

"What makes you think City will give us problems in this fixture? It is because they gave your team a problem or because you are a Bucs hater?" – LeCowhlohlo

"All eyes are on Pirates, my beloved team! It's not going be easy but we will be victorious. An easy draw for Chiefs and Downs! They must shine and meet in the last eight." – Carder305

"This cup has to be for Khosination. If not, Komphela and Bobby must take their money and buy a cup for us. #Khosi by nature." – MIX n MATCH

"Pirates do not have easy fixtures in this cup, but we will win it." – Sandile411

"Good draw for Sundowns and Chief, but for Pirates? It's unfair, first it was Ajax, now Cape Town City?" – jujunation

"Sometimes, I think it's better to play PSL teams because you know them better than these small teams that you don't know. They always have surprises. I think it's a fair draw for Pirates, Cape Town City is a good team but Bucs can beat them, I believe." – linda wa le Pirates

What do you think of Bucs being drawn against the Citizens?
