I Still Maintain My Words

I Still Maintain My Words

Following the appointment of Kaizer Chiefs' new goalkeeper coach, Lee Baxter, members within Supporters Club continue to have mixed opinions about the son of former Amakhosi coach, Stuart Baxter. Find their reactions here!

As reported by the Siya Crew, the new goalie coach has quite a string of qualifications, which include a UEFA A Coaching licence. However, our members seem to be unfazed by Baxter's qualifications and continue to have their say. See below:

"Does Baloyi even have required coaching qualification? That's what happen to people who just seat back and do nothing with their careers, or lazy to study. Lee has a UEFA A Coaching licence, National A Goalkeeper Licence, Personal trainer licence, Nutritionist licence, Certified strength coach, and what about Brian? I like Brian so much even though he betrayed us in the past. Motaung went on to give him a job while jobless. We don't want the same mistake Pirates did by hiring an average Rowen. Just because he was good as goalkeeper it doesn't mean he will be good as a coach."- neokgotso

"There is more to his appointment than meet the eye."- setlaboswana

"I still maintain my words, this is; having qualifications does not mean the person knows the job. A person that knows the job, is the person that has been doing the job over a long period of time. Motaung has been running Chiefs without qualifications, are we saying he is incompetent?"- uoY ckuF

"Qualifications do not guarantee any success for example look at Komphela with his fancy English, but empty trophy cabinet."- Pirates_999

How do you feel about the appointment of Lee Baxter at Naturena?
