Orlando Pirates might have another shot-stopper between the posts as they fight for much-needed league points in their remaining games. Nigerian goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel has reportedly been registered by the Buccaneers, and is now available for selection.
Over the past few months, Pirates' defence has come under scrutiny, and the supporters are hoping that head coach Kjell Jonevret will make some adjustments to the squad, starting with the goalkeeping department.
"Maybe he can save them from going into the relegation zone." – PHAZAMISA AKA NGOZI THE RETURN
"It's time to bring in new players. My coach needs to use those young, fresh and energetic players with hunger for game time, and stop playing these players with no direction." – slivo ledimo
"I think Jonevret must play him since all the goalkeepers aren't doing well." – #Mr_wow_Peter
"I hope he will do well because we are lacking in that department. Day and night I ask myself: what is happening at Orlando Pirates?" – Bucslamampela
"The central defence, central midfield and goalkeeping department is so poor. The whole spine is just nonsense! The unfortunate part is that we don't have real quality to patch those positions and that is why we end up playing defenders like Mobara at central midfield and it will never work. Mobara should be at right back. My beloved Bucs is dead!" – Master Mketule
What do you think is the solution to getting Bucs back to winning ways?
