Chiefs, who will be celebrating their 53rd birthday, had a perfect restart to their season after beating Golden Arrows 2-0 on New Year's Eve.

The Glamour Boys picked up back-to-back wins as a result and are sit fourth on the standings, two points behind third-placed Richards Bay, who lost to Mamelod Sundowns on Friday night.

Sekhukhune, meanwhile, will be high on confidence after new head coach Brandon Truter got off the mark with a 3-2 win over Marumo Gallants on Tuesday.

The win over Gallants was Babina Noko's first in five matches, as they moved up to 13th on the log, two points clear of the relegation zone.

Chiefs completed a league double over Sekhukhune last season, which included a 2-0 win at the FNB Stadium thanks to goals from Nkosingiphile Ngcobo and Phathutshedzo Nange.
