Golden Arrows will take on Orlando Pirates in the first round of the Telkom Knockout Challenge on Saturday, October 28. The Buccaneers are looking to bring in some consistency back into their performances, however, they will be facing some tough competition against Abafana Bes'thende.

Kaizer Chiefs will host AmaZulu at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. Amakhosi have been unbeaten in the past two league encounters and will be looking to continue in the cup competition. Usuthu on the other hand, are not an easy team to face.

Baroka will do battle against Cape Town City on Sunday, October 28. Bakgaga suffered their first loss in the league against Bidvest Wits and will be hoping to turn things around against a City side that have been in poor form recently.

Golden Arrows v Orlando Pirates (Telkom Knockout)

League rankings: Golden Arrows 2nd Orlando Pirates 3rd

Useful facts: Golden Arrows have been somewhat of a surprise package so far this season. They will look to transform their league form into this cup fixture, but will not have it any easier against a Pirates side that knocked them out of the Nedbank Cup last season. Both sides drew in their last fixtures in the league, but there is no draw in a cup clash, which makes it all the more interesting and intriguing!

Kaizer Chiefs v AmaZulu (Telkom Knockout)

League rankings: Kaizer Chiefs 4th AmaZulu 9th

Useful facts: Kaizer Chiefs are at home, but have chosen to take the match to Durban, the home of their opponents on the day. But that should make little difference in the greater scheme of things, as Amakhosi enjoy massive support wherever they go. After their fantastic result against Mamelodi Sundowns last Saturday, AmaZulu will be hoping to cause another upset. Veteran marksmen Siyabonga Nomvethe and Mabhudi Khenyeza will be fancying their chances, with all the injuries on Chiefs' side. But Chiefs, on their day and in a cup game, can be dangerous.

Baroka FC v Cape Town City (Telkom Knockout)

League rankings: Baroka 1st Cape Town City 5th

Useful facts: Baroka have been one of the entertaining sides this season so far, having avoided relegation by a whisker last season. This promises to be a thrill-a-minute affair, with Cape Town City looking to bounce back from a winless run of three games in all competitions.
