The PlayStation Plus service is celebrating its 10th anniversary since being launched on the PS3, and with that subscribers will be given three free games in the month of July.
PS Plus subscribers are given free games monthly, and these games can be accessed and played as long as your PS Plus subscription is active.
July's offerings are excellent, with players getting access to Rise of the Tomb Raider as well as the latest basketball sim, NBA 2K20!
Added to this Sony will be giving away a free theme on PS Store, along with a free online multiplayer weekend - 4-5 July - for players to try online action without a subscription.
The third title being given to subscribers is Erica, which is a narrative adventure game which is more like an interactive film.
Rise of the Tomb Raider originally launched as a timed exclusive on Xbox One, but the 20th Anniversary Celebration version arrived on PS4 a year later, with added content. This title was the second game in the reboot trilogy from Crystal Dynamics.
If you're a basketball fan, you'll need no explanation on NBA 2K20. The series is the king of the court when it comes to basketball simulation, and the solid gameplay continues in this version. Also, it is still a few months out from the next instalment, which makes it a strong addition to the PS Plus line-up.
These titles will be available from 7 July 2020 to 3 August 2020. PS Plus subscriptions can be bought monthly, for three months, or for a year in advance.
