The second Marvel's Avengers War Table live stream aired on Wednesday, 29 July 2020, and brought some exciting news regarding the upcoming Beta.

Fans of this superhero franchise should be excited as you are being given a full slice of the full game experience, with a lot to try out before you dive in.
Explaining the content, developers Square Enix said,"We built the Marvel's Avengers BETA to give you a slice of the full game experience: single-player content from the original campaign, co-op War Zone missions, hero and world progress, and even more!"
In the stream, they went into details as to how hero progression works and allows you to build your own, unique team of Avengers. And in the Beta, you will get a chance to try out the starting Skill page for Iron Man, Hulk, Kamala, and Black Widow.
Although you will be able to earn two exclusive Nameplates for taking part in the Beta, which will carry over to the full game, you other progress – such as story progress, gear, and character levelling, will not be carried over.

There was also some information on the post-launch plans from the developers, where they revealed that Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, will be the first DLC character for the game, and he will arrive with his own story mission chain which is unique to the main campaign. They also revealed that a new villain will also be part of the DLC, but did not say who it would be.
