The qualifying rounds of the Soccer Laduma League, powered by Puma, are officially underway, and we are proud to announce that there are over 350 players registered to compete!
Registration for the event came to a close on Sunday, 30 May 2021, and players will now phase into the qualifying rounds as they battle for the right to #BecomeALegend.
There will be some notable names within the groups, with some regular stars in local competitions turning up to compete for the incredible prizes on offer.
We are sure there will be some upsets along the way, but you should be sure to keep an eye out for the likes of DarthMayhem, Dave_Beam, Deevak2309, Masoom14, MOBiZILLA, Pavendren and Ubaid.
Players that are familiar with the competitive FIFA circuit in South Africa will know that casual and competitive gaming is significantly different, and only those who can handle the heat will find their spot in the Legends League.
However, there is no need to be disappointed if you fail to finish within the top two spots in the group, you can still look forward to competing in the Amateur and Premier Leagues, where prizes and promotion are worth fighting for.
Qualifiers will now run until 13 June, before the competition moves into the league stage, which will see matches played out over a six-week period.
