Sekhukhune is in a disappointing 14th place on the DStv Premiership log with just one win after seven matches, having played a goalless draw against Cape Town City in their most recent fixture on Tuesday.
While the club management is committed to giving Tembo and his technical team the support they need, there have been concerns about the disappointing results, according to sources in the know.

In line with the plans for the season, after finishing their maiden topflight campaign in 11th place, Sekhukhune are targeting a top eight finish, while the management is expecting to see improvement in the way the team plays and the results throughout the campaign.
McDonald Makhubedu was in charge at Sekhukhune last season before he was appointed in a new role as the senior coach on the arrival of Tembo this season, while former South African U20 coach Thabo Senong is serving as an assistant.
Meanwhile, Chippa United's Daine Klate is another coach who is under pressure due to the team's run of form, which has led to the club bringing back Morgan Mammila to add to their technical team.
