Percy Tau In Contention To Return For Brighton and Hove Albion

Bafana Bafana star Percy Tau could be set for a return to Premier League action against Leeds United.

Tau has only made two appearances in the league since returning from his loan spell at Anderlecht in January.

The 26-year-old was forced to quarantine as part of lockdown regulations after returning from South Africa for national duty.

Seagulls manager Graham Potter says the South African is back in contention to face Leeds United on Saturday afternoon.

"Adam Lallana had a bit of a tight calf and has been recovering. Hopefully he will train on Friday, but there's nothing fresh apart from the Sheffield United game," he told the club's official website.

'His chances of playing are OK, we will make a decision on him after Friday's session. Percy Tau trained this week, so he's back in contention."

Tau's last competitive appearance for Brighton came against Leeds back in January, before he was benched for the next 10 encounters.
