Pompey have completed the signing of midfielder Luke Le Roux from Swedish side IFK Värnamo for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old South Africa international has agreed a three-year deal at Fratton Park, which is subject to international clearance and a work permit being issued.
Le Roux is the second South African to secure a move to England this week, after defender Tylon Smith joined fellow Championship side Queens Park Rangers.
