After another potential loan move collapsed, Kobamelo Kodisang has finally joined a new team ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The 22-year-old was set to join GD Chavez on a season-long loan from Braga SC in Portugal; however, the move fell through after the two clubs could not agree terms.
Prior to that, Kodisang was also strongly linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs, although a switch to Naturena, albeit on loan, never happened.
Now, it has been confirmed that Kodisang will be playing his football in the Portuguese second division this season.
This comes after Portuguese outfit Moirerense confirmed via their official website that the former Bidvest Wits attacker has joined the club on loan for the season, although the deal does include an option to purchase.
Kodisang follows a similar path to Bafana Bafana international Luther Singh who also joined Moirerense on loan from Braga B in the 2019/20 season.
