The topsy-turvy relationship between Royal AM and CEO Sinki Mnisi has officially come to an end, following months of uncertainty surrounding his role at the club.

Mnisi was on special leave last year, following the resignation of head coach John Maduka, and the sale of Victor Letsoalo to Sekhukhune United, after he had publicly spoken about Kaizer Chiefs' offer for the striker, suggesting that the Soweto giants were not willing to pay the fee for the player.

Letsoalo was eventually sold to Sekhukhune, after the player bagged 14 goals last season for the KZN-based outfit.

Mnisi furthered challenged Chiefs' signing of Dillon Solomons, suggesting that the player should have been part of the deal which saw Swallows players Ruzaigh Gamildien and Khethukuthula Ndlovu joining Twihli Thwahla.

According to Mnisi, Royal AM had an agreement with Swallows over Solomons and it appeared as though he was prepared to fight the matter at the time. In a statement sent out to the media, Mnisi confirmed that he returned from special leave and is now no longer an employee of the KZN club.
